Just got it delivered to my doorstep this afternoon and did a quick indoor pop-up to scope it out. It was shipped in its own box, nothing else, so got a bit battered, but seemed okay upon opening. It appears to be well made but not sure how the fiberglass poles will hold up; even though they’re very thick you’ll need to be extra careful with them since it is all sleeves to insert them through, no hooks, and that raises the difficulty level of setup and extra strain on the poles trying to slide them through all the fabric. All-in-all a fairly straightforward process though.
My only issue is with the company itself: ZERO customer service. I accidentally misjudged the height due to a measurement discrepancy (somewhere it’s listed as 4’ 7” height, the same as the next size down, but I’ll take the blame for not double checking my facts) and ordered a larger tent than I wanted. I immediately emailed ‘customer service’ AND called and left a message … and over the next few days left multiple messages and sent multiple emails with all the contacts for all companies involved in the transaction. Never was able to contact anyone nor did I ever receive any reply in any form. My order was still marked as ‘processing’ and still was when I saw the box delivered on my porch.
Soooo, if you’re absolutely certain this is the tent for you, it’s a great price and fast delivery, but you better hope nothing goes wrong because it’s a one-way transaction and you’ll just be out the money because there is no customer service, just a shipping warehouse in Florida with 3 people shipping things out (according to info I found online about the actual company the purchase goes through). I guess the ‘contact us’ information is just listed to make you feel more confident in purchasing from them.
Hoping this hold up to the outdoor weather conditions this summer!

UPDATED: Just used this after the campground we were staying at got flooded out and we were camping in a swamp. On top of it all, it rained again the night we set up and half the next day; not only did this tent survive without getting a drop in it, not even dampness, but it kept the mosquitoes at bay and survived being inundated by slugs climbing up inside the rainfly to escape the water. This tent is worth its weight in gold. My husband and daughter don’t care for the great outdoors and cramped quarters, but they were happy with the room for us and our packs, with plenty of room to spare, and the awning kept our bikes and shoes dry even with the wind blowing. Totally thrilled with how this tent has held up!

We are going into our third year camping with this tent and I absolutely love it! I mainly camp with my three gkids and it has proven to be awesome. I love the way it is made with the bathtub bottom which has kept us dry many many times. The full rain fly is awesome and we have endured many rain storms and have always remained dry. Thank you. The full front canopy is one of my favorite features of this tent. We generally place all of our personal items here including our gear, shoes, toys, etc. This leaves the tent with just our sleeping bags and pillows. Having three children this helps with keeping the sleeping area closed until ready for bed but they can still go in the tent and hang out. This has saved us from having issues with the zippers, the screen, and unwanted bugs. The front space has also kept us dry several times during summer storms.
